摘要 本文通过真空气相沉积技术,在HMX炸药颗粒表面成功包覆了石蜡和paralene膜,并且在膜较薄情况下实现了包覆度100%。测试了HMX气相包覆颗粒的机械感度和静电火花感度。结果表明,paralene膜由于模量很高,不能降低HMX的机械感度,但石蜡包覆HMX后,对HMX颗粒的机械感度和静电感度的降感效果优于同等石蜡含量的水悬浮法造型粉。同时,DSC实验表明,PC、石蜡对HMX的热分解影响很小,是与HMX良好相容的材料。 In this paper, the paraffin and parylene filras were successfully coated on the HMX explosive particles surface by vacuum vapor deposition and the coated degree could reach 100% in the case of the film is thin enough. The mechanical sensitivity and electrostatic spark sensitivity of the vapor deposition coated HMX particles were tested. The results show that, due to the high modulus, the parylene film can not reduce the sensitivity of HMX, but reduced sensitivity effect of the mechanical sensitivity and electrostatic spark sensitivity of the paraffin coated HMX particles is better than that of the water suspension shape power with the same paraffin content. The DSC results show that paraffin and paralene have a litte infuence on the thermal decomposition of HMX, and show good compatibility with HMX.
