摘要
以袋栽猴头菇为试材,研究了3种不同的发菌出菇方式对其出菇时间、形态和产量的影响。结果表明:不同出菇方式对猴头菇的发菌、出菇时间、菇形、大小等均有较大的影响;其中袋口采用套环塞棉塞处理,菌丝生长速度最快;不同的出菇方式中,袋口套皮圈出菇,猴头出菇至采收时间最短,只需14d且生物转化率最高。
Taking bag cultured Hericium erinaceus Pers. as material,the effect of different fruiting ways of morphology and yield on the fruiting time, bag cultured Hericium erinaceus Pers. were studied. The results showed that fruiting way had tremendous influence on the mycelial growth, fruiting time, shape and size and so on. If the opening of the plastic bag were sleeved by ring and pluged by cotton,the growth rate of mycelium was the highest. During the fruiting time, the time of the bag opening sleeved by leather collar was the shortest,only 14 days,and biology efficiency was the highest.
