住院精神障碍患者陪护人员对跌倒预防知信行研究

Knowledge,Attitude and Practice on Fall Prevention of Caregiver of Inpatient with Mental Disorder

目的了解陪护人员对住院精神障碍患者跌倒预防的知识、态度、行为的现状并分析相关危险因素,以增强陪护人员跌倒预防发生的意识和能力,提高护理质量,减少医疗纠纷。方法采用便利抽样的方法选取在我院住院的精神障碍患者的陪护人员100例,采用自行设计的跌倒预防知信行评估问卷进行调查,并分析年龄、性别、职业、与患者关系、文化程度、婚姻状况、照顾患者的时间、是否曾陪护过精神障碍患者等对陪护人员跌倒预防的知行行方面的影响。结果已婚/未婚、为护理人员的陪护者具有较高的跌倒预防知识得分(t=1.999,8.510;P<0.05,0.001);年轻、已婚/未婚、为护理人员的陪护者具有较高的跌倒预防态度得分(t=2.084,3.425,2.337;P<0.05,0.01,0.05);为护理人员、陪护时间较长的陪护者具有较高的跌倒预防行为得分(t=2.468,2.799;P<0.05,0.01)。结论影响住院精神障碍患者跌倒预防的知识、态度、行为的因素是多方面的。

Objective To understand the current situation about knowledge, attitude and practice on fall prevention for caregiver of inpatient with mental disorder, and analyze the related risk factors, so as to enhance fall preventive consciousness and ability of caregiver, and improve the quality of care and reduce medical disputes. Methods Using convenient sampling to choose 100 caregivers of inpatients with mental disorder in our hospital, the self-designed questionnaire about knowledge, attitude and practice on fall prevention was used to assess. Knowledge, attitude and practice on fall prevention were analyzed between age, sex, occupation,relationship with patients, cultural degree, marital status, and the time of caring inpatients with mental disorders ;etc. Results The married/single, caregiver as nursing staff had higher scores of knowledge factors （t = 1. 999,8.510;P 〈 0. 05 ） ;Young, married/single, caregiver as nursing staff had higher scores of attitude factors（ t = 2. 084,3. 425,2. 337;P 〈 O. 05 ） ; Caregiver as nursing staff, a longer caring time were associative with scores of practice factors（ t = 2. 468,2. 799, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The current situation for caregiver of inpatient with mental disorder about knowledge, attitude and practice on fall prevention is influenced by multiple factors.
