摘要
目的了解综合医院护士群体抑郁程度,以及社会支持、应对方式对护士群体抑郁程度的作用。方法采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、应对方式量表、社会支持评定量表对广州某综合医院护士群体进行问卷调查。以抑郁程度为因变量,以应对方式、社会支持作为影响因素建立多元层次回归预测模型。结果 322名被调查者中有抑郁症状者145例(44.9%)。多元层次回归预测模型显示应对方式对于抑郁程度有显著调节作用(F=31.102,P<0.001);社会支持总分对抑郁程度有调节作用(F=8.561,P<0.001);社会支持通过应对方式作用对抑郁起间接作用,并使应对方式对于抑郁程度的作用增强(F=19.176,P<0.001)。结论应对方式和社会支持是影响护士群体抑郁程度的重要因素。
Objective To explore the depression of nurse staff in general hospital, and the relationship between social support,cop- ing style and depression. Methods The nurse staff of a general hospital in Guangzhou were investigated with SDS, SCSQ and SSRS. Mul- tivariable stepwise regression analysis were carried out for the collected data. Results 350 questionnaire packages were set out, 322 packages were received, recovery rate was 92% ;145 nurses had depression symptom, the rate was 44.9%. the coping style of nurse staff obviously regulated the depression ( F = 3 I. 102, P 〈 0. 001 ) ; The social support regulated the depression also ( F = 8. 561, P 〈 0.001 ), but the coping style affected the depression of nurse staff directly ; social support affected depression indirectly by coping style, and strengthened the copying style effect on depression( F = 19. 176 ,P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion Coping style and social support are important affecting factors of depression of nurse staff.
