90后大学生从众行为影响因素实验研究

An Experimental Study on the Influencing Factors in Post- 90s University Students' Conformity Behavior

目的通过2×2×2三因素的混合实验设计,探索影响从众行为的主要因素。方法随机抽取40名在校大学生,用完全随机分配法把40名被试分为4个组,每组5位男被试5位女被试共10人,共进行两个不同的实验。结果采用多变量方差分析法,在SPSS上得出实验一和实验二实验同谋者两人与同谋者一人两变量之间的差别具有显著性差异(t=-3.846,-3.122;P<0.01);任务信息清晰度对同谋者两人发生从众行为具有极显著影响(F=11.571,P<0.01);任务难度和任务答案开放性程度的交互作用对同谋者两人发生从众行为有极显著影响(F=10.125,P<0.01)。结论影响从众行为的主要因素有同谋者人数、任务信息清晰度、任务难度和任务答案开放性程度。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of conformity behavior by a 2×2×2 mixed factorial design. Methods Se- lecting 40 subjects randomly and distributing 40 subjects randomly to four groups, each group had 5 female subjects and 5 male subjects to complete two different experiments. Results Using SPSS to do multivariate of variance analysis and the conformity behavior of two co- conspirators was significantly different to the conformity behavior of one co-conspirator in two experiments （t =-3. 846,-3. 122;P 〈 0.01 ） ;The conformity behavior of the clarity of task was significantly effect to the conformity behavior of two co -conspirators （ F = 11.571, P 〈 0.01 ） ;the conformity behavior of the difficulty of task and the degree of openness of task answer was significantly interactive to the conformity behavior of two co - conspirators （ F = 10. 125, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The key influencing factors of conformity behavior are the member number of co - conspirators, the clarity of task,the difficulty of task and the degree of openness of task answer.
