摘要
目的分析军事医学研究生创造心理,了解研究生创新能力的强度。方法应用尤金创造力测试量表,比较研究生总体、不同群体创造力的强度以及对自己创造力的评价。结果①研究生总体创造力等级主要集中在一般上,占59.6%,其次是强,占38.0%,创造力弱和创造力很强的都较少,分别占2.1%和0.3%,差别有统计学意义(χ2=933.205,P=0.000);②不同群体之间的比较,只有不同专业性质的研究生之间有差异(χ2=8.009,P=0.046);③创新能力的自我评价主要是一般(50.1%),其次是强(29.6%)、很强(13.5%)、弱和很弱的比例分别只占6.3%和0.5%,差别有统计学意义(χ2=751.126,P=0.000)。结论军事医学研究生创新能力较高,但还有较大的提升空间;不同群体之间的差别不大;大部分研究生对自己的创新能力有正确的认识。
Objective To analyze creative psychologies of military medical graduate students and the intensities of the innovations. Methods Using Eugenie creativity test scale, the students" innovations and the self-evaluations were compared in general and different groups. Results (1)The intensities of the students were medium (59.6%). Besides were strong(38.0% ), poor (2.1% ) and very strong ( 0. 3 % ), which showed statistical significance ( X2 = 935. 205, P = 0.000). (2)In the comparisons in different groups, only those with different professional nature were different ( X2 = 8. 009, P = 0. 046). (3) The self-evaluations of the innovations was mainly medium ( 50.1% ), followed by strong ( 29.6 % ), very strong ( 13.5 % ), poor ( 6.3 % ) and very poor ( 0.5 % ), which showed statistical significance( X2 =751. 126 ,P =. 000). Conclusion The innovations of the graduate students is high and has no variations in different groups, still much space to advance. Most of the students can correctly regard their own innovations.
