高职院校学生国际交流的基本素质与能力研究——以宁波职业技术学院为例

Study on Students' Basic Qualities and Competences in International Exchange and Communication——Take Ningbo Polytechnic as an Example

本研究以宁波职业技术学院为例,从走出去和引进来两方面梳理了高职院校学生参与国际交流的基本模式,归纳出学生参与国际交流应具备外语语言能力、跨文化交际能力、应变能力、涉外知识运用能力等四大基本能力以及主动意识、国际化视野和思维方式等两大基本素质。在此基础上分析高职院校学生参与国际交流所面临的困难与挑战,提出了多渠道创造外语学习氛围、教学中渗透文化教育、加强涉外知识讲解与培训以及扩大国际交流受众面等有效的对策建议。

This paper took Ningbo Polytechnic as an example, summarized basic international exchange and communication models of higher vocational and technical college students from two aspects of bring in and going out. Basing on interviews with students,it also concluded that the students participating in international exchange and communication must have four general competencies as foreign language skills, cross-cultural communication skills, adaptability and foreign knowledge application , and two basic qualities of active consciousness and international way of thinking and perspective and It also took Ningbo Polytechnic as a case to analyze the difficulties and challenges facing for higher vocational and technical college students participating in international exchange and communication, and proposed countermeasures such as to create foreign language learning atmosphere in multi -channels, to infiltrate culture education in teaching, to strengthen foreign knowledge explanation and training and to expand the participants of international communication and exchange.
