摘要
教师职称评定工作要遵循管理的一般原则和方法,必然要制定包括选择什么样的评定目标导向、提供哪些评定条件设置、如何设计评定程序、冲突协调机制怎么安排等系列管理决策。该文立足现实,围绕"程序正义"的核心理论,分析职称评定管理工作存在的问题及原因,从科学设岗、合理设置评审条件以及管理机制创新等三个方面提出了革新策略。
The evaluation of professional titles on the teachers of higher vocational colleges should follow the general principles and methods of management, and will have to make a choice of goal-oriented assessment, provide the conditions of selection criteria , design assessment procedures, set the coordination mechanism for the conflict and other arrangements,etc. This paper was based on reality, it centered on procedural justice, and analyzed the problems and causes exists in the management of the evaluation of professional titles. It presented innovation strategies from these three aspects: scientific setting positions, reasonable set of selection criteria and management mechanism innovation .
