新时期西部职业教育发展对策探析

Countermeasures of Vocational Education Development in Western Districts during the New Period

职业教育在西部发展进程中扮演着重要的作用。当前西部职业教育存在教育结构不合理、教育观念陈旧、办学经费不足、学校布局与专业设置不合理等方面的不足。故此,应构建更加完善的教育结构,改变办学观念和调整学校布局,合理设置专业,多方筹措教育经费和明晰教育目标,构建双师结构,以加快西部职业教育的发展。

Vocational education plays an important role in the western development process . The problems of vocational education exist in western districts are the irrational education structure , the old concept of education, the lack of school funding, the layout of school and other unreasonable aspects of professional setting shortage, the improvement is in urgent need to be accelerated. Therefore, we need to construct a better education structure, change concepts and adjust the layout of the school education, set up reasonable professions, multi-raise educational funds and clear educational goals, build double division structure and take appropriate measures to accelerate the development of vocational education in western districts.
