私立教育发展中政府的角色与理念:国际比较的视角

The International Comparative Aspect:The Construction of the Government Supporting Roles and Ideas for Non-governmental Education

私立教育的发展离不开政府的扶持。目前很多西方国家都实行长期、稳定的私立教育扶持政策。国际比较发现,美国、日本、法国、韩国、澳大利亚、荷兰等私立教育较发达国家对私立教育的扶持政策体现出高针对性、系统化和高实效等特点,尤其各国政府在扶持角色和扶持理念的经验对当下我国构建民办教育扶持体系具有重要的借鉴意义。

The non-governmental education＇s development is inseparable from the support of the government. Currently, lots of western countries carry on a long-term, stable supporting policy. By international comparison, such as the United States, Japan, France, South Korea, Australia, Netherlands, Taiwan, and other non-governmental education comparatively developed countries and regions~ supporting policy, the characteristics of high pertinence, systematic and effective can be revealed. During those countries, the experience of conforming roles and the ideas of governments in supporting would give some references for constructing Chinese supporting system of non-governmental education by government.
