摘要
为满足上海自贸试验区建设催生的对优质人力资源的新需求,地方高校可以尝试"专业实践+跨文化沟通+语言"三通人才培养模式。该模式的实现路径有:课程体系与教学资源建设、产学研用合作平台搭建、高层次教学团队建设、信息化实践教学平台建设、教学方式改革和教学管理模式改革。
To meet the talent needs of Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone, local colleges can attempt a ＂professional practice plus cross-cultural communication and language＂ Three-Capability Talent Cultivation Model. There are six routes to realize this model： the design of curricula and teaching materials; the construction of industry-university-research cooperation platform; the building of high-quality teaching staff; the establishment of IT-based professional practice teaching platform; the innovation of teaching methodology and the reform of teaching administration patterns.
