Function of University Student Association: Its Questionnaire and Scale Formulation

高校学生社团的功能是指高校学生社团对包括社长在内的社团所有成员起到的积极作用。此调研采用问卷调查、因素分析、内部一致性检验等方法,确定了高校学生社团功能的五个维度,即职业发展功能、人际体验功能、平台载体功能、自我提升功能和愉悦身心功能,并构建了信度、效度较好的高校学生社团功能量表,可作为进行社团功能影响因素、不同群体对社团功能的感知差异等相关研究的测量工具,且能为高校学生社团建设提供启示。

The role of university student association refers to the positive influence of the association upon its president as well as all of its members. This investigation adopted questionnaire survey,factor analysis,and internal consistency to identify five dimensions of student association,that is,the function of career planning, that of interpersonal experience,platform carrier,self-improvement and the body and spiritual entertainment. And the paper forms a scale formulation chart for better associations,which can play its role as research tools and enlighten the building of associations in universities.
