摘要
自信力作为主体精神世界的辐射力量,是主体综合素质与能量底蕴的表征与外溢。由于经济拮据、社会资本匮乏,一部分贫困生自信力薄弱,心理失衡,表现为情绪自卑焦虑、遇事优柔寡断、性格孤僻内向。作为个人与组织的双向期待、双向配合的心理契约理论,有助于提升贫困生的自信力,实现新的心理平衡。其路径为:通过"倾听倾诉"心理辅导,释放自卑、舒缓焦虑,获得正确的心理认知;在教师的辅导下撰写传记,增强成就感,焕发正能量;开展丰富多彩的系列活动拓展视域,促进心胸豁达;采取任职锻炼的举措,为提升自信力、成长成才搭建平台,提供土壤。
Self-confidence as a kind of force mirroring subject's spiritual world represents the characterization and outpouring of one's comprehensive quality and energy. Due to economic embarrassment,lack of social capital,a number of poor students shows weak confidence,mental imbalance,anxious,irresolute and withdrawn. Psychological contract theory featuring two-way expectation and matching contributes to improving the self-confidence of these students to achieve new mental balance. The paths are as follows: psychological counseling of 'listening to the talk'could release inferiority and anxiety and help to regain correct cognition; students can enhance their own sense of achievement,triggering positive energy by writing biography under teachers' guide; they could launch colorful activities to widen their horizon and open their mind; Training measures should be taken to strengthen self-confidence and promote their growth.
