耳穴贴压对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者疗效及血清5-羟色胺的影响

Therapeutic Efficacy of Auricular Point Sticking for Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Its Effect on Serum 5-HT

目的观察耳穴贴压治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)患者临床疗效及对血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)的影响。方法将64例IBS-D患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例。治疗组采用耳穴贴压治疗,对照组用常规药物治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效,并分别于治疗前和治疗1疗程后检测血清5-HT含量。结果治疗组总有效率为93.8%,对照组为75.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清5-HT含量与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血清5-HT含量与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论耳穴贴压可有效改善IBS-D患者临床症状,并抑制5-HT的过度表达。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular point sticking in treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome （IBS-D） and its effect on serum 5-HT. Method Sixty-four IBS-D patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 32 in each. The treatment group was intervened by auricular point sticking, while the control group was by regular medication. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were evaluated, and the serum 5-HT concentration was determined before treatment and after a treatment course. Result The total effective rate was 93.8% in the treatment group versus 75.0% in the control, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The 5-HT concentration changed significantly in both groups after treatment （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in comparing the 5-HT concentrations between the two groups after treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Auricular point sticking can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of IBS-D patients and inhibit the over-expression of 5-HT.
