摘要
目的探讨"分组PBL"带教模式在腰椎间盘突出症单病种教学中的应用。方法将实习同学进行"门诊部"和"住院部"分阶段学习,以小组为单位,选择腰椎间盘突出症患者作为单病种示教模型进行PBL带教,并与传统实习带教方法进行比较。结果 "分组PBL"提高了单病种学习效率,保证了针灸推拿教学计划的实施,增强了科室对同学工作和学习的管理,提高了同学的临床工作能力和学习能力。结论 "分组PBL"与传统师生"一对一"教学方法比较有较大的优越性,更符合临床教学实际。
Objective To explore the intervertebral disc herniation. Methods application of group PBL as a style of teaching to single disease teaching of lumbar Interns were arranged for stage learning in outpatient department and inpatient department. A group formed a unit. Patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were selected as a model of single disease teaching for PBL teaching. A comparison was made with a traditional teaching method. Results Group PBL increased the efficiency of single disease learning, ensured the implementation of acupuncture and massotherapy teaching plan, tightened the department's supervision of interns' work and learning and improved the abilities of interns in clinical work and learning. Conclusion Group PBL has a big advantage over traditional student-teacher "one-to-one" teaching and conforms more to clinical teaching practice.
