摘要
目的:测定矿物药芒硝中无机元素的含量。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定芒硝中的无机元素,并使用统计学软件SPSS 18.0对数据进行分析。结果:测定了矿物药芒硝中的24种元素,除了Na元素外,Mg、K、Ca、Fe等元素的含量亦较高。另外,重金属及有害元素Pb、Cd、Cu、As亦有检出。建立了芒硝无机元素的指纹图谱。结论:为矿物药芒硝的安全性评价及其质量标准的制定提供了科学的参考依据。
To determine the content of inorganic elements in Natrii Sulfas. Methods:The samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma - mass spectrometry ( ICP - MS). The data was analyzed by the statistical software SPSS 18. 0. Results :24 elements were determined. In addition to the element Na, the contents of Mg, K, Ca, Fe were also high. Meanwhile, the heavy metals and harmful elements Pb, Cd, Cu, and As were also detected. The fingerprint chromatogram of inorganic elements in Natrii Sulfas was established. Conclusion:This study pro- vides a scientific reference for the safety evaluation and establishment of quality standard of Natrii Sulfas.
