手术治疗Poncet病致全身广泛关节严重受累伴腰椎结核患者的临床经验

Clinical Experience of Surgical Treatment of Poncet's Disease Patients with Extensive Degenerative Joint Disease Accompanying Lumber Vertebra Tuberculosi

摘要 分析Poncet病的病因及其治疗方法,以期提高临床医生对该病的认识。及早确诊及正确治疗有利于患者症状的缓解及早日康复,化疗联合病灶清除、矫形、植骨融合内固定手术是治疗Poncet病导致的脊柱椎体破坏、缓解患者神经症状的有效方法。
