An Approach to Web Service Adaptation Based on Semantic Service Flow Nets

现有的基于网的服务适配方法主要存在三个问题:需要借助Petri网的状态可达图来产生或验证服务适配器,这可能导致状态空间爆炸问题;都没有综合考虑语义层上的适配问题,仅能半自动地生成服务适配器;都没有涉及服务的可适配性分析问题,难以将这些方法应用到动态服务适配领域.针对上述问题,提出一种基于语义服务流网的Web服务适配方法.该方法基于语义服务流网的语义信息和规范化结构,实现了跨语义层和行为层的高效的可适配性分析和全自动的适配器生成.

There are three main challenges in current Petri net-based methods： firstly these methods achieve adaptation or adapter veri- fications by means of the reachability graphs of Petri nets, which may result in state explosion problems ; secondly these methods do not consider adaptations at semantic level yet and just semi-automatically generate service adapters ; finally these methods do not con- sider service adaptability analysis yet and are difficult to be applied in dynamic service adaptation. Faced with all these problems, we in this paper present a formal approach to service adaptation based on semantic service flow nets. Our approach achieves efficient service adaptability analysis and full automatic adapter generation across semantic and behavior levels by exploiting the regular struc- ture and semantic information of semantic service flow nets.
