摘要
本文阐述了汽车工业全球化的含义,分析了我国汽车工业存在的严重缺陷和企业重组不能解决的根本问题,并提出了超大型中外合资企业是最佳出路。
The meaning of auto industry globalization is introduced and the shortcomings existed in China auto industry and fundamental problems which can not be solved in enterprise reformation are analyzed in this paper. It is pointed out that super -large joint venter is the best way in auto industry globalization.
