摘要
文章通过调查中美两国院校《信息服务与用户研究》类课程开设情况,对中美《信息服务与用户研究》类课程进行统计分析,藉此从课程建设的规模、目标、体系、开展形式、信息发布五大方面,比较中美两国在《信息服务与用户研究》类课程建设中的不同点,并指出美国相关课程建设对国内课程建设的启示。
The paper makes a survey on the courses related to the information services and user research offered by both Chinese and American universities, and analyzes the situations from the scales, missions, systems, modes and information distribution of the courses, compares the differences between them, and points out some inspiration that the American universities give us.
