摘要
针对长期存在的到馆率和图书借阅率不断下降的图书馆危机,从已有的应对危机的经验和研究成果入手,综述了增加图书馆网点、建设数字资源等应对危机的对策,并对近年来我国关于泛在图书馆的研究成果进行了汇总和分析。在数据整理和分析的基础上提出,在泛在图书馆的研究方面,忽略了泛在图书馆所处的环境,以及该环境下所产生的信息需求的关注;进而提出应该将泛在知识环境作为泛在图书馆的生存环境,将泛在学习作为泛在知识环境下的最具特色的信息行为,从而提出在知识环境中的泛在图书馆的角色应该是知识单元的提供者和知识单元与文献单元需求的衔接者。
Library is now in crisis that people are going to library and borrowing books with increasingly lower frequency. To address this long-standing problem, this paper, based on the former experience and research results, outlines some countermeasures like the expansion of the library's network and the construction of digital resource, and analyzes the research results about ubiquitous library. On the basis of relevant data analysis, this paper considers that the researches on ubiquitous library have neglected the ubiquitous library environment as well as the information requirements under it. Ubiquitous knowledge environment should be the environment of ubiquitous library and the ubiquitous learning should be the most distinctive information behavior in ubiquitous knowledge environment. Thus, the ubiquitous library in knowledge environment, serves both as a provider of knowledge cell and a connector linking the requirement of knowledge cell and document cell.
