信息生态核心竞争力的结构模型与培育机制研究

The Structure Model and Cultivation Mechanism on the Core Competitiveness of the Information Ecology

随着信息社会的逐渐深入,信息生态的运行与发展渐成热点问题。文章从信息生态的特点入手,引进经济领域的核心竞争力的相关理论,构建了信息生态系核心竞争力的四力模型,并以效率优先、适应与耐性、学习机制、整合规律四个规律建构信息生态核心竞争力。同时,从慎重选择核心竞争力、提升用户体验和参与度、保障信息资源的有效性、创新服务内容和方式,以及分类分级管理核心要素五个方面对信息生态核心竞争力的培育进行了相关探讨。

With the further development of information society, the operation and expansion of information ecology had become a hot issue. The article built a four-force model of the core competitiveness of the information ecosystem from the characteristics of the information ecology and the introduction of core competitiveness in the economic field theory, and gave priority to efficiency, adaptation and patience, learning mechanism, and integration law to construct information ecology core competitiveness. At the same time, the article discussed on the cultivation of the information ecological core competitiveness from the carefully choosing core competitiveness, and enhancing the user experience and participation, and ensuring the effectiveness of information resources, innovating services and waYs, and classifying the core elements.
