采用哈尔滨焊接研究所研制的ＦｅＣｒＷＮｉＭｎＳｉ系堆焊材料成功堆焊热轧工作辊，经生产应用表明该材料是一种理想的热轧工作辊堆焊材料，在冶金行业推广热轧工作辊堆焊技术，给企业带来显著的经济效益。
The heat working rolls have been surfaced successfully with the FeCrWNiMnSi surfacing alloy developed by Harbin Welding Institute . In service it is testified that the alloy is excellent hardsurfacing material for heat working rolls. If the technology was adopted in steel plants all over the country, great economic interest would be made.,
