摘要
为了探索平面振动筛分装置清选室内气流场的分布规律,运用CFD软件Fluent对其气流场进行了数值模拟。模拟结果表明:气流从风机到筛面,形成比较顺畅的流场,在筛面出口后由于鱼鳞筛的作用,气流方向朝清选室出口处变化,有利于将杂物吹出。为验证数值模拟的可行性,在清选实验台上对筛面中点及出风口的风速进行了测量。测试结果与数值模拟结果对比分析表明:CFD数值模拟结果与实际风速变化规律一致,但CFD模拟值比实际值稍高。
For exploring the rules of the airflow field on the plane vibrating sieve, using the CFD software, Fluent, the simulation of the airflow field was deduced. The simulation results showed that the airflow field was smooth from the fan to the sieve plane, and the direction of the airflow was changed to the exit of the cleaning room due to the fish sieve hole. This was helpful to cleaning litter. To verify the feasibility of the numerical computation, a series of experiments were done. By contrasting the CFD results with the test results, the changing trends of the air flow velocity were unanimous, and the wdues of the former were higher than those of the latter.
