摘要
以卫星搭载筛选出的2株突变株系为材料,研究空间环境对苜蓿(Medicago sativa)蛋白表达机制的影响,利用IEF/SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳技术,对其蛋白质特异性进行了比较分析。结果表明,突变株系与对照相比,蛋白质图谱有较大的差异,突变株系1L-4较对照共有6个蛋白质斑点下调,17个蛋白质斑点上调,突变株系6L-5较对照共有17个斑点下调,18个斑点上调,表明空间环境促使了苜蓿基因结构的改变,影响了蛋白质的表达。
Taking two alfalfa(Medicago sativa ) mutant strains selected by satellite launch as materials. effects of spaceflight on protein expression mechanism of alfalfa mutant were studied through IEF/SDS- PAGE gel electrophoresis. And a comparative analysis on protein specificity was conducted. The results showed that there are huge difference between protein maps of mutant strain and control. For mutant IL- 4, six protein spots are lower than those of control, and 16 protein spots are higher than those of control. For mutant 6L-5, 17 protein spots are lower than those of control and 18 protein spots are higher than those of control.
