摘要
对5种碱茅(Puccinellia distans)材料在6个NaCl浓度梯度(0、0.4%、0.8%、1.2%、1.6%和2.0%)下进行盐胁迫的种子萌发试验,测定了胚芽和胚根的长度。结果表明,在盐胁迫下,随着NaCl浓度的增加,各碱茅材料的发芽率均下降,且在2.0%下发芽率降为0;在同一浓度溶液下不同碱茅材料中,同德小花碱茅(P.tenuifzora cv.Tongde)的发芽率均为最高,说明其抗盐能力相对较强;NaCl盐胁迫解除后,5种碱茅材料复水后的发芽率均达到了对照水平,说明碱茅种子只是暂时受到渗透胁迫,仍具有很高的萌发潜力。
A germination test on five PuccineZlia materials under 6 NaC1 concentrations, including 0 (Control), 0.4%, 0.8%, 1.2%0, 1.6 % and 2.0%, was conducted. The sprout length and radical length were also measured in this study. The results showed that with the increasing of NaC1 concentration, germination rates of all P. distans materials decrease, even decreased to 0 when the NaC1 concentration is 2.0 %. Under the same NaCI concentration, P. tenuiflora had the highest germination rate. This indicated it has a relative high salt tolerance. After salt stresses were relieved, germination rates of five P. distans als were the same as control. So the effects of osmotic stresses on P. distans seeds are temporary, the seeds still have high germination potential.
