摘要
目的建立芩暴红止咳胶囊中紫丁香苷、黄芩苷、杜鹃素的一测多评含量测定方法。方法采用AlltimaHP—C18柱，流动相为甲醇-0．2％磷酸溶液梯度洗脱，检测波长为275nm，建立芩暴红止咳胶囊中紫丁香苷、黄芩苷、杜鹃素HPLC含量测定方法。结果紫丁香苷在0．1016—1．016μg范围内线性关系良好，黄芩苷在0．01915—0．01915μg范围内线性关系良好，杜鹃素在0．04152—0．4152μg范围内线性关系良好。紫丁香苷、黄芩苷、杜鹃素平均回收率（n=6）分别为100．32％，98．82％，98．65％，RSD分别为1．8％，1．9％，1．1％。结论该方法操作简便，结果稳定可靠，可作为该制剂的一测多评定量分析方法。
Objective To establish a method for determining the content of Syringin, Baicalin, Farrerol in Qinbaohong Zhike Capsule . Methods The product was analyzed by HPLC, using Alltima HP- C18 column（ 250 mm×4.6 ram,5 μm） ,with gradient elution methanol -0.2% phosphate as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength of 275nm. Resuits Linearity in the sample size range of 0. 1016 - 1. 016μg for sytingin,0.01915 - 1. 915μg for Baicalin,0. 04152 - 0.4152μg for farrerol. The average recoveries for Syringin, Baicalin and Farrerol were 100.32% （RSD of 1. 8% ） ,98.82% （RSD of 1.9% ） and 98.65% （RSD of 1.1% ）. Conclusion The method is convenient and aceurate. It can be applied to the quantitative determi- nation of the preparation.
