槟榔与青蒿配伍增毒的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究槟榔与青蒿配伍增毒效应,并探讨其增毒量效关系。方法配置不同浓度的槟榔溶液、青蒿溶液、槟榔和青蒿的混合液,通过灌胃给药做小鼠的急性毒性实验,给药体积为40 ml/kg,给药一次后连续观察14 d。结果槟榔溶液对实验小鼠有明显的毒性作用,槟榔的半数致死量LD50为:3.67 g/kg;青蒿溶液的急性毒性实验没有小鼠死亡,该实验中青蒿的最大给药浓度为15.52 g/kg;槟榔与青蒿的混合液对实验小鼠呈明显的毒性作用,且两者配伍使用时其毒性比单独使用时显著增加,且呈正相关的量效关系,其中槟榔为2.32 g/kg时,对动物造成半数致死量的青蒿的剂量为3.00 g/kg。结论槟榔与青蒿配伍使用时其毒性会明显增强,且呈一定的量效关系。 Objective To study the increased toxic effects of Areca catechu and Artemisia annua using together , explore the dose - effect relationship of increasing toxicity. Methods A mixture of Areca catechu solution, of Artemisia annua solution, of betel nut and Artemisia annuasolution, configured with different concentrations. By gavage in mice observed for 14 consecutive days to test acute toxicity administered a volume of 40ml/kg once. Results Areca catechu solution apparent toxic effects on laboratory mice, Areca catechu median lethal dose LDso :3.67g/kg. Mice did not died in the acute toxicity test of the Artemisia annua solution , the maximum drug concentration of Artemisia annua in the experiment is 15.52g/kg;mixture of Areca catechu and Artemisia annua showed obvious toxicity in experimental mice , and toxic effects of Areca cateehu and Artemisia annua generating using compatibly significantly increased than when used alone , and there was a dose - effect relationship, when the dose of betel is 2.32g/kg the Artemisia annua dose median lethal dose is 3.00g/kg. Conclusion The toxicity of betel nut and Artemisia annua using together will be significantly enhanced, and there was a dose-effect relationship.
