聚氨酯橡胶冲裁模试验研究

通过试验 ,电测记录了在聚氨酯橡胶通用冲裁模上进行薄料冲裁的实际冲裁力 ,并与经验公式计算值对比 ,得出了正确的计算公式和模垫单位压力值的选用范围 ,为简化计算 。

Through experiments, the blanking of thin stocks on the universal polyurethane rubber die was recorded by an electronic tester. By comparing the actual blanking force and the value calculated from the experiential formula, the accurate calculating formula and the die risers' unit pressure value scope were educed . It offered a foundation for simplifying the calculation of the blanking force and for correctly selecting the equipment.
