摘要
利用响应面法对拟南芥籽油超声波辅助提取工艺进行优化。在单因素试验基础上采用中心组合(Box-Behnken)试验设计方法,研究提取时间、超声功率、提取温度及其交互作用对拟南芥籽油提取率的影响。试验确定的超声波辅助提取拟南芥籽油的最佳条件为:料液比1∶6,提取时间55min,超声功率400 W,提取温度55℃。在最佳条件下,拟南芥籽油提取率为38.01%。
Ultrasonic - assisted extraction conditions of Arabidopsis thaliana seed oil were optimized by re- sponse surface methodology. Based on single factor experiment, the effects of extraction time, ultrasonic power, extraction temperature and the interaction of them on the extraction rate of Arabidopsis thaliana seed oil were studied by Box - Behnken experimental design. The results showed that the optimal ultra- sonic -assisted extraction conditions were determined as follows:solid -liquid ratio 1:6, extraction time 55 min, ultrasonic power 400 W, extraction temperature 55℃. Under the optimal conditions, the extrac- tion rate of Arabidopsis thaliana seed oil was 38.01%.
