基于Modbus协议的面粉厂控制系统改造分析和实现

Analysis and implementation of control system reforming in flourmill based on Modbus protocol

针对某面粉厂的系统改造,经Modbus通信协议及串口通讯相结合,实现不同品牌PLC的远程集成通讯。分析在Modbus协议下,欧姆龙PLC与两个西门子S7-200间实现主从模式的软件设计方法及具体实现过程。

Aiming at a kind of reforming design scheme for a flourmill, the remote integrated communica tion of different brands of PLC was achieved by combination of Modbus protocol and serial communica tion. The software design method and realization between the Omron PLC and Siemens S7- 200 under the Modbus mode station was discussed.
