基于阻抗谱特征值数据库的地沟油检测方法

Research on the detection method of restaurant waste oil based on impedance spectroscopy eigenvalues database

采用阻抗谱测定方法,对待测油样的阻抗谱特征进行分析,总结不同油样的阻抗谱特征曲线,对比分析各种油样的试验结果。利用几个选定频率下的阻抗值变化率所构成的曲线特征,对不同种类和不同品质的食用油进行比较分析,建立数据库,并应用到地沟油检测。结果表明,在选定的四个检测信号的激励下,不同油样的阻抗角和值变化率的曲线明显不同。通过提取特征值的数据库和阻抗值检测设备可以快速准确检测出各种地沟油。并通过更新数据库提高对不同地沟油检测的准确性。

The impedance spectrum feature of oil samples was measured by impedance spectrum meas urement, and the different of samples＂ impedance spectrum characteristic curve was summarized. The database was established and applied to the detection of waste oil by analyzing the change rate of the im pedance value. The results showed that, with the excitation of four selected detection signal, the curves of different oil samples＂ impedance angle and value change rate are markedly different. A vari ety of waste oil can be detected quickly and accurately by pick up the feature from the oil database and impedance value detection equipment. The accuracy of the detection can be improved by upda ting the database.
