摘要
基于采用一体式制动主缸总成模块的新型电动汽车电液复合制动系统,在分析其结构和工作原理的基础上,基于AMESim/Matlab联合仿真平台,搭建了液压制动系统的模型。通过仿真实验分析了数学模型法、分段拟合法和数表插值法3种不同的液压制动力控制算法的原理,并对其控制效果进行比较和评价,验证了数表插值法在实现液压制动力精细调节上有较好的快速性和准确性。
A model is built with the co-simulation platform of AMESim and Matlab, based on the structure and operating principle of a new electro-hydraulic brake system which is equipped with the integrated master cylinder. The principles of three algorithms for hydraulic brake pressure controlling, mathematical model, segmental fitting method and numerical table interpolation, are analyzed. The controlling effect of these three algorithms are compared and evaluated based on the data of AMESim simulation. The accuracy and rapidity of numerical table interpolation are confirmed by the simulating tests for detailed control strategy for this method.
