摘要 以某中巴车为研究对象,通过对除霜风道各出口流速的仿真值和试验值的对比,验证了除霜模型建立的合理性。在此基础上对风窗玻璃上的除霜效果进行仿真分析,并对除霜风道的结构进行优化,改善各出口风量分配比例和吹风方向,提高了除霜的性能,使其满足国家相关法规对风窗玻璃的除霜要求。 The rationality of established defrosting model of midi-bus is verified by comparing every outlet' s flow rate of defrosting duct and their experimental datum. The proportion of flow rates and direction of velocity at every outlet is optimized according to the simulation and analysis of the defrosting effect on windshield and the optimization of the structure of defrosting duct. The work improves the defrosting performance so as to meet the requirement of national related laws and regulations on defrosting of windshield.
