摘要
旋转机械是电力行业的重要设备,其运行状况是否完好将会直接影响到企业的效益。该文在介绍状态监测与故障诊断流程的基础上,研究了旋转设备常见故障类型和振动数据分析方法,利用LabVIEW软件实现了振动数据采集与分析、故障知识数据库等功能。该系统提供了良好的人机界面,对旋转设备的振动数据提供了多种分析方法和图形化的显示方式,为后续的故障诊断工作提供了良好的分析平台。
Rotating machinery is the important equipment of the electric power industry, whose health condition will directly affect the efficiency of enterprises. This paper introduced the process of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis and common fault type of rotating equipment and vibration data analysis methods. The LabVIEW is adopted to achieve the function of the vibration data acquisition and analysis and fault knowledge database. The system provides good man-machine interfaces and a variety of analytical methods for the vibration data of rotating equipment, which is a good analysis platform for subsequent fault diagnosis.
