摘要 介绍了锂离子电池自身的热特性对使用性能的影响,分析了当前的锂离子电池热包所需要控制的温度目标。在此基础上对具体的某电池包采用风冷的热管理方案,通过理论和仿真分析,对具体的电池包的风道进行初步设计。该方法可以为其他类似的热管理设计提供一定的参考。最后对现有锂离子电池包风道设计的不足之处进行总结并提出可能的改善目标。 The thermal characteristics of the lithium-ion battery which have influence on the functional performance is introduced. The target on the temperature control of the battery pack is also analyzed. Based on the theory and simulation, an air duct of a specific which utilizes air for thermal management is preliminarily designed. This method may provide a reference for the other similar thermal management design. The concepts of homogenization parameters and distribution parameters are represented. Finally, the disadvantage of this design is concluded and the goal of improving is proposed.
