摘要 OSA-CBM是设备基于状态维护的开放体系标准。参考OSA-CBM标准的层次结构模型,首次将CBM系统理论应用于盾构故障诊断与维护,设计了盾构故障诊断与远程维护系统(shield fault diagnosis and remote maintenance system,SFDRMS)。介绍了OSA-CBM标准,论述了SFDRMS的体系结构设计,后以健康评估模块为例对SFDRMS中单一模块实现的理论方法进行了阐述,为开发SFDRMS并实现工程化应用提供理论依据,从而保证盾构设备可以高效安全地施工。 OSA-CBM is the open system architecture for equipment condition based maintenance, it was the first time that the CBM system theory was applied to fault diagnosis and maintenance, shield fault diagnosis and remote maintenance system(SFDRMS) was designed with reference to OSA-CBM hierarchy model. Firstly, the OSA-CBM was introduced, then design of the architecture of SFDRMS was discussed, finally,the health assessment module was taken for an example to introduce the implement technology of SFDRMS modules, to provide a theoretical basis for developing SFDRMS and realizing engineering application, thus to ensure shield can operate efficiently and safely.
