摘要
鉴于目前铁路车辆制造企业信息化的实施受限于车间底层数据采集技术,以铁路客车总装生产线为应用背景,提出了RFID、无线传感网及以太网等信息技术组成的3层网络监控系统,并分析了各层的作用。同时研究了车间数据采集所涉及到的关键技术并实现了车辆制造动态信息的实时采集。在此基础上利用C#开发了车间数据采集系统,采用Flex、JSP与Java技术设计了基于B/S架构的Web应用程序系统。运行结果表明,系统稳定可靠,能满足应用需求。
Because of the implementation of the railroad cars manufacturing enterprise information is limited by workshop data gathering technology, the application for the railroad cars assembling line is the background for this thesis, three layer of network monitoring is put forward which is based on RFID,WSN and Ethernet technology, and each layer is analyzed. Meanwhile, the key technology of workshop data gathering is studied and real time data acquisition of dynamic information of car manufacture is come true, on that basis, workshop data acquisition system is developed with C# and Web application system based on B/S structure is developed by using Flex, JSP and Java technology. The system running results show that it is stable and reliable, which can meet the needs of application.
