摘要 首先介绍设备监测与诊断系统及其结构特点;然后通过对OSA-CBM体系结构标准进行研究,简化标准中的系统结构、功能以及模块间相互关系,形成系统数据库的概念模型,并用UML描述。在模型描述过程中使用包图对系统的整体结构和模块之间关系进行介绍,并用类图对各模块细节进行详细说明。最后以盾构机故障监测与诊断系统为例,给出基于该数据库概念模型的数据库设计和实现。 Equipment monitoring and diagnosis system and its structural feature are first introduced in this paper. Then through the study of OSA-CBM standards and simplification the system structure, function and relationship between modules in standard, database concept model is formed and described in UML. When describing model package diagrams are used to introduce the whole system and relationship between modules, then class diagrams are used to illustrate details of modules. Finally as an example, design and implement this database based take shield fault diagnosis and remote maintenance system on this database concept model.
