摘要
采用西门子S7-200系列可编程控制器(PLC)对M7120平面磨床的控制系统进行技术改造,设计了磨床的主电路、PLC的I/O端子接线图和梯形图程序。实践证明改造后的M7120平面磨床在实际生产中运行稳定,生产效率大大提高。
M7120 surface grinder machine electrical control system transformation using the SEMENSS7 -200 series programmable logic controller （PLC） , design the main circuit of the boring machine and PLC I/O terminals wiring diagram, and drawing the ladder diagram program. Practice has proved that M7120 surface grinder machine control system in the actual production run stable, greatly improved production efficiency.
