Research on the Specialty Layout and Structure of Secondary Vocational Education in Guangdong Province

广东省中等职业教育专业布局结构存在专业规模分布呈现"二八原则"、区域规模分布较均衡、专业设置灵活等特征,以及专业结构与产业结构匹配度不高、专业设置趋同性大和重复设置多、战略性新兴产业专业明显滞后等问题,因此,要建立专业布局结构调控预警机制,打造学校的专业集群特色,加强行政调控,从而优化专业布局和结构,提升职业教育服务产业发展的能力。

The specialty layout of secondary vocational education in Guangdong Province is characterized by balanced re- gional scale and flexible specialty establishment whilst it also has the problems of low compatibility of specialty structure and industrial structure, the big convergence of specialty establishment and duplicate construction, the obvious delay of the strategic emerging industry specialties. Thereafter, early warning mechanism ought to be established, together with shap- ing grouped specialties and administrative management, aiming to optimize specialty layout and structure.
