摘要
"双师型"教师是一个颇具中国特色的概念。我国"双师型"教师政策经历了一个产生、发展的变迁过程,这个变迁过程大体可以划分为四个具有不同政策导向的政策阶段。在"双师型"教师政策变迁过程中,政策目标日益明确和多元化、政策内容日益丰富、政策工具日益具体和可操作化。未来的"双师型"教师政策应进一步调整政策目标和内容体系、应加强对"双师型"教师政策执行的监测与评估、应制定一部专门针对"双师型"教师的政策法规。
The "dual-qualification" teacher is a concept with very Chinese characteristics. The "dual-qualification" teach- er policy in China has undergone a process of emerging and development, and the process can be divided into four stag- es with different policy orientations. In the "changing process of dual-qualification" teacher policy, the policy objectives becomes increasingly clear and diversified, policy contents become increasingly rich, policy instruments become increasing- ly specific and operational. Future "dual-qualification" teacher policy should be further adjusted policy goal and content system, strengthen monitoring and evaluation for policy implementation, and formulate specific "dual-qualification" teacher policies and regulations.
