摘要
职业院校兼职教师作为教师队伍建设的重要组成部分,近30年来,国家在关于兼职教师的政策导向和要求上经历着渐变,认识、要求、目的随着职业教育内涵发展的深入和职业院校教师队伍建设的需求不断提升。国家政策导向是职业院校兼职教师队伍建设的方向,但仅有导向而缺乏机制保障是难以落实的,重要的是从兼职教师资格法律地位的明确、社会协调机制的建立、经费保障、岗位面向的落实等方面加强兼职教师队伍的整体构建。
Part-time teachers play an important role in the teaching staff construction in vocational schools. In recent 30 years, we have witnessed changes in the guide and requirements of the policy for part-time teachers. With the deepening connotation development of vocational education and the changing requirements for teaching staff in vocational schools, the understanding, requirements and aims for part-time teachers have been promoting. The national policy shows the way to the part-time teachers' team construction. However, it is difficult to put it into practice if there is only with guidance but in short of mechanism security. What matters is that part-time teachers' team construction should be built and im- proved by means of figuring out their legal status, setting up social coordination mechanism, guaranteeing funds and imple- menting their teaching position.
