高等教育外部关系规律理论是教育基本规律理论的重要组成部分,其核心观点是高等教育发展必须与社会发展需求相适应。正确认识高等教育与社会发展需求之间的"适应"关系,是科学把握高等教育外部关系规律的关键。高等教育外部关系规律理论,是一种方法论,而不是具体的方法,不能用贴标签的方式对高等教育外部关系规律理论进行简单的概念化归类,而要充分认识到高等教育外部关系规律理论的历史性、人文性、开放性与包容性,只有这样,才可能得到这个理论和思想本身释放出来的好东西。

The theory of external relations law in higher education is an important part of the basic educational law,whose core point is the development of higher education must adapt to the needs of social development. Correctly understanding the ＂adaptation＂ relationship between higher education and social development is the key to grasping the external relations law in higher education. The theory of external relations law in higher education is a kind of methodology rather than specific methods. We cannot label on the theory of external relations law in higher education to conceptualize a simple classification, but to fully understand the historicality, humanity, openness and inclusiveness of the theory of external relations law in higher education. Only in this way, can we get the good things released from this theory and idea.
