摘要
重点分析了在重力铸造生产条件下 ,各种金属材质的大型铸件浇铸时常用或常见的 12种浇注时间计算公式的特点和存在的不足 ,阐述了适宜于各种结构的金属材质的大型铸件在多种浇注方式下均可通用的有效浇注时间计算公式 ,用统计学方法 (大量对照 )
The insufficiency and characteristics of 12 formulas to calculate puring time in common use under gravity casting of heavy castings with different metallic material have been analysed emphasisly,the suitable calculation formula of effective puring time for heavy castings with different structure under varied casting has been clarified,the advantages of new formula such as suitablity and practicablity etc.have been discussed by the statistical method(a great quantity of contrasts)
