5930例2型糖尿病患者舌象与实验室指标相关性分析 被引量:34

Correlation of Tongue and Laboratory Parameters in 5 930 Cases of Type 2 Diabetes

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者舌象特点及其与实验室指标的相关性。方法收集2型糖尿病患者5 930例,根据舌象记录分舌质、舌体、舌下络脉、苔色、苔质5个方面描述。统计每种舌象比率并进行舌象评分,检测空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后两小时血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及患者年龄(AGE)、体质量指数(BMI),分析舌象评分与实验室指标的相关性。结果 2型糖尿病患者中常见舌象为:舌质红占42.12%,暗红占30.90%;舌体胖大占34.58%,齿痕占31.40%;苔色白占42.43%,黄占37.32%;苔质厚占30.09%,腻占21.68%;舌下脉络瘀占63.25%,滞到瘀占15.34%,滞占15.06%。苔质评分与FPG呈正相关(P=0.001),相关系数为0.071;苔质评分与2hPG呈正相关(P=0.046),相关系数为0.053;舌质评分与TG呈正相关(P=0.000),相关系数为0.155;苔色评分与AGE呈正相关(P=0.000),相关系数为0.087;苔色评分与BMI呈正相关(P=0.036),相关系数为0.084;苔色评分与TG呈正相关(P=0.035),相关系数为0.083;舌下脉络评分与AGE呈正相关(P=0.000),相关系数为0.191;舌下脉络评分与2hPG呈负相关(P=0.026),相关系数为-0.075。结论 2型糖尿病的舌象以厚腻、苔黄、舌胖、底瘀者多,与实验室指标成一定的正比关系。 Objective To research the correlation of tongue and laboratory parameters in type 2 diabetes. Methods Totally 5 930 cases of type 2 diabetes were collected. The tongue color, form of the tongue, sublingual network vessels, fur color and nature of the fur were described according to the tongue records. The ratio of each tongue and its correlation with fasting plasma glucose (FPG), 2 hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc), triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), the patient's age (AGE) and body mass index (BMI) were analyzed. Results The common tongues of type 2 diabetes were 42.12% red tongue and 30. 90% dark red tongue, 34.58% enlarged tongue and 31.40% tooth marks on the margins of the tongue, 42.43% white tongue fur and 37. 32% yellow tongue fur, 30.09% thick tongue fur and 21.68% slimy tongue fur and 63.25% static sublinguaI network vessels, 15.34% stagnant to static sublingual network vessels and 15.06 % stagnant sublingual network vessels. The thickness of tongue was positively correlated with FPG (P= 0. 001) and the correlation coefficient was 0. 071. The scores of tongue thickness were positively correlated with 2hPG (P= 0. 046) and the correlation coefficient was 0. 053. The scores of tongue color were positively correlated with TG (P = 0. 000) and the correlation coefficient was 0. 155. The scores of tongue fur color were positively correlated with AGE (P=0. 000) and the correlation coefficient was 0. 087. The scores of tongue fur color were positively correlated with BMI (P = 0. 036) and the correlation coefficient was 0. 084. The scores of tongue fur color were positively correlated with TG (P = 0. 035) and the correlation coefficient was 0. 083. The scores of sublingual network vessels were positively correlated with AGE (P = 0. 000) and the correlation coefficient was 0. 191. The scores of sublingual network vessels were negatively correlated with 2hPG (P= 0. 026) and the correlation coefficient was --0. 075. Conclusion The common tongues of type 2 diabetes are thick and slimy tongue fur, yellow tongue fur, enlarged tongue and static sublingual network vessels and have a certain positive correlation with laboratory parameters.
