摘要
确定钢制薄壁内压球形容器的安全系数与试验压力,是构建压力容器可靠性设计体系的基本内容。考虑容器静强度与载荷的不确定性,根据静强度在耐压试验和正常操作时的许用可靠度,建立了确定容器静强度安全系数与试验压力的方法。研究表明,对于钢制薄壁内压球形容器,屈服与抗拉安全系数应分别不小于1.45与1.90,试验压力系数在气压试验与液压试验时应分别不大于1.15与1.29。
Safety factor and test pressure of steel thin-walled internal pressure spherical vessel were determined, which were essential elements for building a system of reliability design of pressure vessel. Considering the uncertainty of vessel static strength and loads, according to vessel static strength allowable reliability during pressure test and normal operation, the methods of identified vessel static strength safety factor and test pressure are established. For steel thin-walled internal pressure spherical vessel, the researching results show that: 1) Yield and tensile safety factor shall not be less than 1. 45 and 1. 90 respectively; 2) During pneumatic testing and hydraulic test, the test pressure coefficient should be no greater than 1. 15 and 1. 29 respectively.
