摘要
针对埋地油罐的安装特点,对埋地油罐的罐外覆土压力进行了分析。应用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了30m3埋地钢制油罐的三维有限元模型,并进行求解,得出埋地油罐最大等效应力发生在鞍座尖角处罐体外壁面上。分析了砼鞍座的支撑位置及结构尺寸对油罐强度的影响,结果表明,当支撑位置A≤400mm时,油罐的最大等效应力发生在鞍座外侧边缘最低点的罐体内壁面上;当A>400mm时,油罐的最大等效应力发生在鞍座尖角处罐体外壁面上。砼鞍座宽度及包角对油罐最大等效应力的影响相互独立,安装埋地油罐时砼鞍座的支撑位置应尽量靠近封头连接处。
Aimed at the buried oil tank installation characteristics, the mulching soil pressure of buried oil tank is analyzed. The finite element model of 30 ma buried steel oil tank is established by the large general-purpose finite element analysis software ANASYS and the result is obtained. The solution is that the maximum stress of tank appears on the tank outer-wall attached to the saddle closed angle. Analyzing the influence of concrete saddle parameter and support position to the intensity of tank, the results has show that when support position A≤400 mm, the maximum stress of tank appears on the tank inner-wall attached to the lowest point of the saddle outboard edge, when support position A〉400 mm, the maximum stress of tank appears on the tank outerwall attached to the saddle closed angle; the influence of the width and contact angle of concrete saddle to the maximum stress of tank is mutual independence; when the buried oil tank installa- tion, the concrete saddle should be located at the position near the head.
