摘要
研究了195t/h开架式海水气化器翅片管的换热过程。利用ANSYS软件建立了挤压式翅片管模型并求解内外表面温度,针对翅片管的结构及温度载荷特点,采用一维管流理论,分析计算了翅片管内外传热过程,给出了其传热系数随管内LNG流速、管外海水温度等变化的特性曲线。结果表明,LNG的流速及海水温度对翅片管的传热过程有显著影响。
The heat exchange progress for rib-tube of open rack vaporizer (ORV) was studied. Using ANSYS software, the modal of extruded rib-tube was built and its in-and-out temperature was solved. According to its structure and temperature distribution, the heat character of the rib- tube is obtained with the one-dimensional pipe flow theory. The results show that the parameters of LNG velocity, sea temperature and so on have important influence on the heat exchange progress.
