摘要
原有的阀门控制方案存在电磁阀失效导致关断阀误动作引起生产关停的风险,为此对关断阀控制回路进行了改造,增加了调压阀、电磁阀、梭阀及泄压阀等少量的控制器件,提高了阀门控制回路的可靠性,改造后的高可靠性阀门控制回路获得国家专利授权(ZL201120354700.2)。在生产现场运用高可靠性阀门控制回路改造现有重要关断阀的控制回路,可提高阀门控制回路的可靠性,同时降低控制回路维修风险,效果良好。
The primary control scheme and its deficiencies of control loop are introduced. The potential risks are the process shutdwon due to failure of solenoid valve. The control loop is modified by adding control components, such as regulating valve, solenoid valve, shuttle valve and relief valve and a few control devices to improve the reliability of valve control circuit. High reliability of the valve control loop is invented, and the national patent authorization (ZL 201120354700.2) is obtained. Using high reliability at the scene of the production valve control loop transform existing important shutdown valve control loop, the reliability of valve control circuit is improve and the control circuit maintenance is reduced, good effect is obtained.
